Description: • Accurate processing of automotive titles for lending partners • Review and audit loan and title documents for accuracy • Management of a Queue system used to disburse tasks/action items • Provide excellent customer service on outbound and inbound calls, including responding to voicemails, emails and text messages to obtain missing documentation • Responsible for learning, knowing, and navigating state specific title laws & requirements for perfecting liens • Provide detailed document on the system used/ create record as needed and directed by policy/procedure About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
