Title Specialist
Job Title: Title SpecialistJob Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and typing title work for insurance customers, completing applications for salvage titles, and processing salvage titles from the state. This role requires staying current with title/salvage laws in multiple jurisdictions, and completing the entire process of setting up sales. Responsibilities + Review and type in title work for insurance customers. + Complete applications for salvage titles. + Complete the entire process of setting up the sales. + Process salvage titles from the state. + Stay current with title/salvage laws in multiple jurisdictions. Essential Skills + 1-2 years of administrative/data entry experience. + Basic computer skills. + Time management skills. + Positive attitude. + Ability to work independently. + Strong communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with title entry software. + Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. + Experience in auto title processing and insurance. + Customer support and clerical skills. + Administrative support skills. Work Environment This position will be on-site at the Baltimore title office. The office has 13 employees, fostering a close-knit team environment with a balance of teamwork and individual title processing work. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
