Title Specialist
Insight Global
One of the largest Manufactured, RV, and land real estate management companies is looking to add an additional Title Specialist to their growing team. In this role, youll be working to bring in and title new homes as well as clean up old titles to transfer to our name from recent acquisitions.
Day to Day:
Beginning of week starts with a Monday morning meeting. Well go over the newest report of all outstanding homes. Talk through where people are at, what they need help on, etc. Typically, their morning is focusing on emails and titling, afternoon focusing on specific project and/or partnering with sales (updating info for new homes or homes they dont have the title for yet). End their day with filing away completed emails and setting up the next day to pick up where they let off.
