Job Description
We are seeking a Title Specialist to accurately process automotive titles for lending partners. The role involves reviewing and auditing loan and title documents, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with state-specific title laws and requirements.
ResponsibilitiesAccurately process automotive titles for lending partners.Review and audit loan and title documents.Utilize a Queue system to manage tasks and action items.Provide excellent customer service via outbound and inbound calls, voicemails, emails, and text messages to obtain missing documentation.Learn, know, and navigate state-specific title laws and requirements for perfecting liens.Document information in the system as directed by policy and procedure.Recognize potential fraud or 'red flags' when reviewing accounts and escalate situations when necessary.Essential SkillsProficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of experience working specifically with automobile loan and/or title processing.Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Effective listening skills.Ability to learn and implement required policies, procedures, and tools/systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the automotive industry, auto loans, title documentation, and title research.Experience with data entry and clerical tasks.Administrative customer service experience.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
