Hourly base pay rate is $15.87 - $23.75/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description:

The Title and Records Specialist I position will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles by verifying title information is correct, properly manage title inventory, and the releasing of titles to clients.  

Job Responsibilities:

Intake process- scanning all titles into title vaultVerify and validate titles for title negotiabilityShip all sold vehicle titles via FedEx or USPS to clientResponsible for generating and fulfilling picklistResponsible for performing monthly title audit and reconciling audit discrepanciesResponsible for sorting and filing title inventory

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GEDGenerally, less than 2 years of experienceMust have strong organizational skills and be very detail oriented.Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to type and use 10-key proficiently is preferred.

Work Environment:

Office setting.
