The Title and Records Specialist I position will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles by verifying title information is correct, properly manage title inventory, and the releasing of titles to clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Intake process- scanning all titles into title vaultVerify and validate titles for title negotiabilityShip all sold vehicle titles via FedEx or USPS to clientResponsible for generating and fulfilling picklistResponsible for performing monthly title audit and reconciling audit discrepanciesResponsible for sorting and filing title inventoryQualifications:
Minimum:
High School Diploma/GED
Generally, less than 2 years of experience
Must have strong organizational skills and be very detail oriented.
Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude is required.
Ability to type and use 10-key proficiently is preferred.
Work Environment:
Office setting.
