The purpose of the Tribal Lottery Lead Technician position is to perform journey level service, maintenance, repair, and modification work to all of the gaming equipment and related components of TL equipment and provide direction, assistance, and training to other TL staff. Diagnoses and repairs gaming equipment, performs maintenance on player terminals and kiosks, and maintains inventory and service records.
Starts at $30.11/hr and increases to $31.25/hr at successful completion of 90-day orientation period. This full-time position features excellent employer-paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Three years’ experience as a repair technician is required. Two years of training in a related field required. Technical degree preferred. One year experience as a TL Technician or prior experience in a supervisor or lead role required. Experience in bench technical repairs; repair of motors, bill validators, printers, and processor boards is required. Additional education and experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of the position.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Service, maintenance, repair, and modification of computerized equipment, gaming devices, and machine installation, including power supply and board-level CPU repair. Equipment setup, networking, and casino/departmental policies and procedures. Troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and using a wide range of tools and equipment. Providing excellent customer service and effective communication. Learn, service, maintain, modify, and configure gaming products while keeping accurate service records. Communicate clearly, assist in training new staff, and follow instructions and established procedures.Additional Requirements:
Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidaysMust be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen and obtain a Class IIIA license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
