TL Maintenance - Cheraw 2 - 3rd shift

Your Key Responsibilities Leads and develops maintenance staff and ensures proper execution of maintenance and repair of production machines in a segment or facility equipment for plant buildings as assigned. Ensure adherence to standards, guidelines and processes to ensure safe and effective utilization of machines and equipment. Plan, schedule and maintain principal maintenance programs with respect to specific maintenance cycles. Monitor effectiveness of maintenance and repair activities, coordinate respective resources and processes. Support Maintenance Technicians and ensure achievement of agreed performance standards. Manage service provider and continuously check for achievements of service level agreed, if required. Your Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent combined with extensive work experience in this field Ability to use instruments for measuring and to identify defects Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, understand instructions and write clear communications in English Ability to understand and operate complex machinery Good visual acuity Ability to lift heavy objects if required External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship 

Preferred:

 Assoicates or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline Multiple years of experience operating and handling complex machinery in a manufacturing environment Experience working with power tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints
