TM Investigator
Job Description A mid-size to large pharmaceutical company is seeking a TM Investigator to join their Security organization. This role will analyze fraud or insider threats within an organization and interview employees to seek to understand why, how, when, where. This role requires a strategic, results-driven individual with a strong investigative mindset, agility to adapt to changing priorities, and the dynamic range to balance multiple projects effectively. A commitment to continuous improvement and achieving targeted outcomes is essential to protecting the companies critical interests. Primary Responsibilities:  1. Lead and manage complex security investigations to safeguard the companies employees, assets, and operations, with a focus on incidents involving technical information.  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teamssuch as Legal, Privacy, HR, and Digital expertsto ensure comprehensive investigations and risk mitigation.  3. Ensure investigations comply with legal, privacy, and regulatory requirements, while continuously refining processes to maintain best practices and improve outcomes.  4. Provide timely updates to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring confidentiality and integrity throughout the investigation process.  5. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to enhance security capabilities.  6. Contribute to security policies, training, and procedures to strengthen the companys security posture and mature the Threat Management function. Compensation: $40/hour to $60/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements 1. 5+ years of experience conducting investigations internally at large enterprise companies (finance, retail, e-commerce, pharma is preferred)  2. Background in Insider Threat or Fraud work (sitting in a security group)  3. Experience interviewing internal employees and documenting cases  4. Strong crisis management skills - understand who to involve and when to involve them  5. Client-oriented, results-driven, and self-starter mentality with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and learning.  6. Skilled in partnering with internal teams, investigative groups, and law enforcement. Familiarity with executive protection principles  2.
