HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACTYour Role:
Assists the CAO/VP in fulfilling responsibilities involving corporate documents, record keeping, Board of Trustees (Board) meetings, and activities. Oversees Fund Development’s (department 8315, a.k.a. Foundation) general office operations; provides confidential clerical and administrative support to the CAO/VP and Board. Assists the TMHF/Events Specialist (JC: 248602) with special events. Supplies accurate, timely accounting information to internal and external users. Provides financial analysis, reporting, and documentation. Manages digital technology and maintains fundraising related software. Displays an understanding of diversity. Demonstrates integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence (I CARE values). Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients. Performs miscellaneous duties not expressly described herein.Reports To:

High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., certificate of high school equivalency)Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Required Experience:
Three (3) years of administrative and office management experience.Preferred Experience:
Ten (10) years administrative and office management experience in a hospital or hospital-related foundation. Accounting experience. Broad ranged computer skills, relationship development skills, written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, operational skills, and interpersonal skills.
