We are seeking a TMS Super User to spearhead the successful implementation and optimization of our Transportation Management System (TMS). In this critical role, you will serve as the primary liaison between implementation teams, end users, and leadership, ensuring the system meets business needs and drives operational efficiency.
Initially , you will focus on configuring the system, conducting user acceptance testing, and provide hands-on training and support to ensure a smooth rollout. Ultimately , you will become the TMS expert, drive ongoing optimization and improvement, provide support and maximize its impact on transportation performance and strategic goals.
This role offers the opportunity to shape a core system that will drive our supply chain success and operational excellence.
+ This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL offices with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays
+ This role is an Individual Contributor position
A day in the life as a TMS Super User
+ Configure and customize the TMS to align with business and operational needs
+ Leverage expertise to manage the strategy and parameter files setup. Including the setup of Freight Pay and Audit processes
+ Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation to ensure functionality and performance
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive TMS documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and process flows
+ Generate weekly and monthly reports on key transportation metrics such as on-time delivery, freight costs, and carrier performance
What you'll bring to the table...
+ Experienced in configuring and implementing TMS platforms, with specific expertise in Blue Yonder
+ Proven experience of transportation operations modes, routing, Freight Audit & Payment and carrier management
+ Understanding of system integrations (TMS, ERP, WMS) and data flows (API, EDI)
+ Experience in process improvement and continuous optimization (Lean, Six Sigma)
+ Excellent communication and training abilities for technical and non-technical users
+ Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
We’d love to hear from you if you have…
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field
+ 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or TMS-related roles
+ TMS platform certification or advanced system training preferred
+ APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Minimum Starting Rate: $67,900.00 Hourly
Up to: $89,950.00 Hourly
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
