The Opportunity:
The Government specialized application services for the Task Management Tools (TMT) is implemented by stakeholder organizations supported under this TO. The scope of this support includes providing NIPR and SIPR TMT technical assistance with the installation, integration, configuration, and administration of the respective tools; maintaining the server and operating system; managing the database; providing database administration support to maintain the structure and integrity of the tool/data; providing for the operations and maintenance of the tools to ensure the operational availability and integrity of the data; and provide end user training and technical support. Training will be conducted in-person and/or virtually.
Responsibilities:
• Provide CRM/TMT Solution Management by validating that solutions are tested prior to deployment. Develop and implement mitigation plan for all solutions. Regularly monitor system utilization to ensure the most cost-effective management of the licenses provided to the government under this contract.
• The Contractor shall develop management scripts for automating routine administration tasks within CRM and inform government representative of CRM/TMT critical migration paths and associated risks. The Contractor shall complete upgrades as directed by the government.
• Provide problem escalation consisting of contacting the Accenture TMT Service Desk as provided in the Accenture’s Software Maintenance Agreement. Once reported, the Contractor shall keep the Government informed of progress until resolution. (Note: Prior to incurring any additional cost from Accenture, the Contractor must obtain Government approval).
• Provide user training to the mission owner as required and as a minimum one-hour block of instruction one to three times a month during the Command Staff Training Program. The Contractor shall ensure the training is hands-on and covers managing task assignments, suspense, responses, routing, completion, and closure, as well as educate users on Command business rules and policies for timely and successful completion of tasks. The contractor shall maintain training rosters and provide metrics to the government as required.
• Provide desk-side training to executive-level staff and on-demand to TMT coordinators, executive officers, advanced users, and other users as mission may require.
• Develop and deliver level 2 and level 3 TMT advanced trainings to TMT coordinators, executive officers, and advanced users.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports as required by the government to support Command data metrics.
• Develop and maintain customized TMT Advanced Dashboards in support of the Command and its joint directorates and special staff offices business processes, workflow, and task tracking requirements.
• Assist users with interpreting business processes, establish hierarchical process mappings for taskings and awards workflow, develop workflow and routing within parent organizations, and continually review TMT configuration to ensure efficient and logical results. The Contractor shall assess and develop command routing topologies to ensure the fullest investment in the CRM infrastructure and provide solutions to new and unique business requirements.
• Provide daily support, maintenance, and accounts management needs/requirements to maintain 100% NIPR and SIPR systems availability, including creating, enabling, and updating TMT user and team accounts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, network engineering, computer science, or related subject and 5 years of experience OR Master’s degree in telecommunications, network engineering, computer science, or related subject and 3 years of experience
• Secret clearance.
• Must be willing/able to work OCONUS

The proposed salary range for this position is:
