Entry level position responsible for executing learning management requests for help in queue(s) from the Learning Center of Excellence and business partners; providing customer service in the form of needs clarification, gap/inconsistent application, root cause analysis, problem resolution and/or escalations.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Evaluate and execute Learning Management Systems Activities to include but not limited to:

Assignments, Removals, Extension of Due Dates.E Learning Courses – New, modifications, revisions, Completion Credit/Waive Credits, Content builds and Testing. Curriculum's –Adding/Revising/Deactivating.Exams – New, modifications, revisions, Exam Resets.Instructor Led Training – Offerings, Roster management.Read & Acknowledgements (documents/flat files) – New, modifications, revisions.Collaborate with project teams.Attend meetings both onsite as needed and virtually (e.g., weekly teamhuddles).
 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant work experience).
 

Desired Characteristics:

Strong customer service skills and experience, communicating with a variety of groups of customers at different levels.Prior experience working in a call center or help desk managing work in a queue.Able to manage data electronically.Ability to manage multiple projects.Experience in building productive working relationships with the business unit you support.Effective organization and time management skills.Able to work with minimal supervision.Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).Experience developing training with eLearning software.Experience in training curriculum development preferred.Analytical and problem resolution skills.Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).Locations including remote work arrangements, will be considered.
