For more information, please visit Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) for Individuals Role Description: Operate equipment and facilities in an assigned area safely and efficiently, and keeps the same in good state of maintenance. Work closely in a team, keep in close contact and in particular, highlights all items bearing on safety, quality and efficiency. What Trainee will be involved in: To execute, monitor and support activities within an assigned work area/ system to ensure reliable and optimal operation of processes, equipment, utilities and facilities to achieve target production levels/ operating cost within the framework of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), quality, safety, occupational hygiene and environmental protection. To support shift operations and continuous improvement plan. To support operation leaders and engineers in projects and technical operations. Coordination with relevant parties to ensure smooth operational work and equipment maintenance. We are looking for you with below attributes: ITE/ Diploma in related field. Competencies and Skills: Able to work in a cross functional team to monitor and execute technical operations with smooth handover to other shift team. Able to apply technical knowledge to implement practical solutions to problems.
