GENERAL SUMMARY AND PURPOSE:
Provides research and evidence-based information on use of tobacco products and provides tobacco cessation and reduction education to Saint Alphonsus patients and community members.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or state equivalency required. Associates degree or actively engaged in a degree program in Nursing, Social Services, Education or health related field preferred.
Two years' experience in a health care required. Two years' experience teaching and/or facilitation individual, family, or community programs or support groups preferred. Experience or training in tobacco and/or addiction studies preferred.
