CDM Smith is seeking an energetic and highly motivated skilled Tolls Facility Project Manager to lead and perform the technical design and delivery of tolling roadside infrastructure. This role offers career growth through diverse projects, including toll facilities, ITS, and express/managed lanes road technology infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in toll infrastructure design, site/civil and/or ITS technologies and experience with limited-access/toll roadways.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare project scope of work, staff-hour estimates, and support contract negotiations.
• Oversee the design and coordination of toll facility plans across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with toll agency standards.
• Develop, review, and deliver high-quality reports, calculations, and engineering plans/specifications for toll and ITS infrastructure projects.
• Lead the development of engineering deliverables, plan and distribute discipline-specific tasks, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance for all project phases, from planning and design to construction and post-design support.
• Conduct interdisciplinary reviews, ensuring alignment across multiple technical disciplines.
• Perform quality control reviews and ensure deliverables meet high standards for accuracy and scope compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and team members to address design challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced project team members.
• Support marketing efforts, including proposal preparation and business development initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
