Summary: Seeking a Tool & Die Maker for sharpening, grinding, polishing, and inspecting tooling running in presses, molds, and assembly machines to ensure peak production capacity.

Job Requirements:

Experience repairing small or large dies/presses (Progressive and/or Transfer)

Must pass D&B check

Preferred Skills:

Journeyman level expertise

Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced environments

Job Responsibilities:

Perform in-press die repair and troubleshooting on various die set designs

Diagnose and remedy issues on machine tooling; dismantle and replace worn or defective parts

Set up, adjust, and operate all necessary machine tools for making, altering, or repairing tools, jigs, fixtures, dies, molds, gauges

Lay out work from samples, blueprints, or sketches; select machines and determine operation sequences

Assist maintenance in machine repair as needed

Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
