**Job Title: Tool and Die Machinist** **Job Description** Responsible for leading the construction of several products concurrently. Interpret design blueprints to determine die/mold making plans. Perform operations within very close tolerances. Candidates must have their own tools and toolbox, the ability to inspect their own work, and the capability to work with Engineering and Programming throughout the manufacturing process. They should be able to operate multiple machinery, including Bridgeports, Grinders, Saws, and EDM machines, and comply with Corporate EHS, Quality, and HR rules and standards. **Responsibilities** + Lead the construction of multiple products concurrently. + Interpret design blueprints to determine die/mold making plans. + Perform operations within very close tolerances. + Inspect own work to ensure quality. + Work collaboratively with Engineering and Programming teams. + Operate various machinery such as Bridgeports, Grinders, Saws, and EDM machines. + Comply with Corporate EHS, Quality, and HR rules and standards. **Essential Skills** + Experience in tool and die making. + Proficiency in blueprint reading. + Machining experience on tooling. + Set up and operation of Bridgeports. + Operation of Sinker EDM machines. + Basic math and trigonometry knowledge. + Thorough knowledge of the tooling process. + Ability to lift 40 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5+ years of tool making/mold making experience. + Previous experience in the construction of turbine/airfoil molds and dies is strongly preferred. + Ability to effectively work and communicate as part of a die making team. **Why Work Here?** - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Medical, Dental, Vision insurance - Up to 4% yearly bonus for all employees based on company performance - 401k with 3% company deposit and additional match up to 6% - Temperature-controlled facility - Sign-on bonus of $5000 - Relocation assistance up to $7500 **Work Environment** These positions will be at a newly renovated facility in Brecksville, OH, which includes temperature control for manufacturing.
