**Job Title: Tool and Die Maker** **Job Description** Our full-service production CNC machine shop has been crafting various metal parts for a diverse customer base across multiple industries including agriculture, construction, off-road highway trucking, forestry, and mining. We are seeking a Tool and Die Maker to join our team. This non-supervisory role involves manufacturing and assembling fixture and tooling components to achieve estimated rates, performing required maintenance, sharpening cutting tools, reworking non-conforming parts, submitting parts for inspection, performing manual machining operations including prototype manufacturing, and setting up and running CNC mills. **Hard Skills** + CNC setup and operation + Manual machining + Fixture and tooling assembly + Maintenance of fixtures and tooling + Sharpening cutting tools + Manufacture of prototypes + Rework on non-conforming parts **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Ability to work independently under minimal supervision **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Environment** The work environment offers multiple shifts with premium pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts. There is a significant amount of optional overtime available, with some team members working over 50 hours of OT. The workspace is well-lit, although it's on the dirtier side.
