**Job Title: Tool and Die Maker** **Job Description** Fab Shop in Goshen, IN is searching for a Tool & Die Maker/Benchman to join our team on the **1st shift** . This role primarily involves bench work and requires a strong ability to repair or remake tooling and dies for various presses. **Responsibilities** + Perform bench work and reactive die work. + Repair or remake tooling and dies for production presses (restrike, stamping, progressive, etc.). + Operate manual lathes and mills. + Utilize various grinders (hand grinder, surface grinder, pencil grinding). + Operate Wire EDM and CNC Trak Mills. + Cut own order bar stock using saws. + Interpret and analyze in-depth blueprint drawings. + Determine data from blueprints, such as hole sizes, tool sizes, reference points, and machine cutting paths. + Perform PM sharpening of various tooling. + Change-over dies for production. **Essential Skills** + Experience as a Tool and Die Maker. + Ownership of a set of tools. + Proficiency in using manual machinery (Bridgeport Mill, manual lathes, grinders, etc.). **Why Work Here?** We are driven by values and passionate about teamwork with trust. The nature of the plant makes it somewhat dirty.
