Job Description
We are seeking a Day Shift Weekend Tool & Die Maker responsible for planning, laying out, and performing all bench/machine operations to build, service, repair, and maintain tools, dies, and fixtures. In this role, you will utilize various tools and machinery such as surface grinders, milling machines, lathes, drill presses, belt sanders, saws, hoists, clamps, measuring tools, and forklifts when necessary. This position operates within a stamping and roll forming environment with dies weighing up to 8,000 pounds.
ResponsibilitiesPlan, layout, and execute all bench/machine operations to build, service, repair, and maintain tools, dies, and fixtures.Operate and maintain surface grinders, milling machines, lathes, drill presses, belt sanders, saws, hoists, clamps, measuring tools, and forklifts.Work in a stamping and roll forming environment with dies up to 8,000 pounds.Essential SkillsMinimum of 4 years of Tool & Die Maker experience.Ability to layout, build, service, and repair tools, dies, and fixtures.Experience with CNC Mill Machining.Willingness to continue learning and developing skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsJourneyman Card (preferred).Experience in roll forming (preferred).Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment can be loud in areas where stamping equipment is located. The facility is very large, bright, clean, and organized with a massive Maintenance / T&D shop. The weekend shift is Fri/Sat/Sun from 6am to 6:30pm, working 36 hours but getting paid for 40.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00
