As a Tool Crib Coordinator, you will maintain the Tool crib operating supplies and machine spare parts and the insurance of each. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Analyze the MRO procurement system to determine problems relating with orders and paperwork tracking and make recommendations for corrections. 

Coordinate with MRO stocking vendors monitoring parts usage. 

Prepares POS’s for parts and supplies. 

Utilizes tracking systems and components sent out for repair. 

Insurance of MRO parts, tools and machine parts. 

Maintain paperwork. 

Perform cycle counts and identify problems. 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.    

Qualifications: 

Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. 

Basic Math Skills required – measuring/use of calculator 

Microsoft Office Experience – Word, Excel, Database, Outlook 

Familiar with using measuring instruments such as calipers. 

Familiarity with cutting metals strongly preferred.
