The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in precision metalworking and expertise in creating, maintaining, and repairing tools, dies, and fixtures essential to our production process. As A Member of This Team:Construct, modify, and condition metalworking dies as assignedFabricate new gages, cutting or forming tools, and fixtures by analyzing blueprints, sketches, models, and specificationsPerform precision work with exacting tolerances and dimensionsCreate and modify tools, dies, and fixtures for various manufacturing processesConduct regular maintenance on dies to ensure peak performanceWork with high-tolerance components, up to 1,000Ensure ISO compliance in all production activitiesInterpret technical drawings and specifications with accuracyOperate machine tools, including CNC equipment, for tooling and maintenanceTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to tools, dies, machine settings, materials, and processesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, supporting a safe, efficient workspace You Will Need:Minimum of 2 years of experience in prototyping and die maintenanceProven ability to work with high-tolerance outputsFamiliarity with ISO compliance standardsProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawingsExperience with CNC programming and operationsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with a commitment to quality Preferred Qualifications:Journeyman Tool and Die Maker certificationKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to perform repetitive motions Why Apply?Eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision insuranceWeekly pay periodsDirect Deposit offered Your Career Partner:Veteran-founded and family-owned, The Reserves Network specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
