**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:**
+ 5 years’ experience (10+ years preferred) operating CNC milling equipment independently in a fast-paced production environment.
+ Experience with Tooling and adjusting Speeds and Feeds
+ Experience developing machining strategy and selecting tooling and workholding solutions, as well as programming and setting up CNC milling equipment.
+ Experience with 3d CAM systems, i.e. Esprit, Camtool, Mastercam, Feature Cam.
+ Perform basic arithmetic computations (i.e., add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)
+ Knowledge of GMP
+ Ability to hold tight tolerances. Strong understanding in blue print reading/ geometric tolerance interpretation
+ Basic understanding of machine guarding
+ Working knowledge of WIs, ISO, SOPs, work rules, and safety guidelines
+ Ability to read, write and speak English
+ Follow all established health and safety policies.
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work overtime if needed. Dependability and ability to adapt to change are essential.
+ Knowledge in use of precision measuring instruments and the application of such instruments. Instruments should include but not limited to calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gages, indicators and scales.
**Pay Details:** $31.50 per hour
