Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)Strong understanding of slip and press fit relationships.• Repair Header tools and make complete header tool components.• Work with carbide, hardened tool steels, dies and cutting tools to close tolerance.• Work with mills, lathes, surface grinders, hones, and fixtures.• Use shop math as required.• Clean and maintain the work area.
Tool & Die Maker Qualifications:
Good machining skills.Shop mathMust be able to read blueprints.Use measuring instruments (i.e., micrometers, calipers, comparators).Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a tool maker for a manufacturing facility.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
