**Job Title: Tool & Die Maker** **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced Tooling Mold Maker to create and maintain molds used in presses for various industries including aerospace, defense, automotive, industrial, oil & gas, marine, and medical sectors. **Responsibilities** + Create and maintain molds used in presses. + Perform tooling design and toolmaking for plastic injection molding. + Operate and maintain plastic injection molding machines. + Utilize CAM systems, CNC mills, and EDM machining to build plastic injection molds. + Work with minimal supervision to complete tasks and actively participate as a team member. **Essential Skills** + 5-10 years of experience with plastic injection mold building. + Proficiency in CAM systems. + Experience with CNC mills. + Knowledge of EDM machining. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to communicate effectively. + Capacity to read, analyze, and interpret work instructions. + Proficiency in basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. + Self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** We offer a vibrant work environment with monthly fun activities like parking lot BBQs, company picnics, and chili cook-offs.
