**Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Portage, WI to find a skilled Tool Maker with expertise in 3-D programming and CNC machining. If you have experience in tool and die fabrication, CNC programming, and are passionate about precision work, we want to hear from you!**
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ **3D CAD/CAM Programming:** Use software like PowerShape, PowerMill, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD to design and optimize multi-axis toolpaths.
+ **Tool Fabrication & Maintenance:** Build, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, and fixtures using both CNC and manual machines.
+ **Troubleshooting & Process Improvements:** Identify and fix tooling issues, while recommending improvements to enhance manufacturing processes.
+ **Inspection & Compliance:** Perform thorough inspections on tools and dies to ensure they meet strict design specifications and quality standards.
+ **Collaboration:** Work with engineers and designers to review blueprints and ensure manufacturability of designs.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ **Experience:** 3+ years of hands-on tool and die making experience (including fabrication, repair, and maintenance).
+ **Skills:** Proficient in 3D programming (PowerShape, PowerMill, Mastercam, SolidWorks, etc.), multi-axis CNC machining, and manual toolmaking techniques.
+ **Detail-Oriented:** A keen eye for precision, ensuring all tools and dies meet exact specifications.
+ **Safety:** Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
