If you meet the qualifications, please APPLY NOW! **Job Title: Tool Room CNC Machinist** **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Tool Room Machinist with a strong background in operating old-school machinery, including engine lathes and Bridgeport mills. This role will primarily involve working in the tool room while also supporting production lines as needed. **_MUST:_** + Needs to know how to operate old school machinery such as engine lathes and Bridgeport mills + Also, other machines such as Arcade 3 axis mills, OKK 3 axis, MDV 3 axis mill, and know how to operate Fanuc controls. **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up and operate a variety of machines, including 3-axis mills (Arcade, OKK, MDV, and Hurco) with Fanuc and Winmax controls. + Work with engine lathes and a Bridgeport mill in the tool room. + Utilize setup sheets, drawings, and programmer notes to configure vertical milling centers. + Set up and adjust cutting tools, feeds, and speeds based on job requirements. + Perform minor program edits using G and M codes. + Operate multiple machines simultaneously when necessary. + Use inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, indicators) and perform preliminary quality checks. + Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, parts lists, and specifications. **Job Requirements:** + Experience with Fanuc controls on OKK machines. + Knowledge of 2D and 3D machining. + Ability to bring or acquire necessary tools. + Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. + Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
