Tool Room Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Tool Room Inventory Coordinator** to join our client in Auburn, Maine. This role is crucial in managing spare parts inventory, updating maintenance records, and supporting our maintenance department's operational needs. **Job Responsibilities:** + **Spare Parts Management:** + Oversee the inventory of spare parts for critical equipment to ensure availability and minimize downtime. + Place orders with vendors or internally for required parts. + Maintain a detailed log of parts used and monitor inventory levels. + Ensure that the storage area is organized and well-marked. + Maintain data in our Computerized Maintenance Management System( **CMMS** ). + **CMMS Report/Schedule:** + Update CMMS daily with repair orders and maintenance activities. + Utilize CMMS and Excel to optimize and analyze data. + Procure items needed for the Maintenance Department and ensure timely availability. + **Mechanical Aptitude:** + Apply strong mechanical knowledge to support spare parts management and maintenance processes. + **Organizational Skills:** + Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities to manage inventory and maintain accurate records. + **CAD Knowledge (Optional):** + Utilize CAD software knowledge to support inventory and maintenance activities. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role is preferred. + Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of spare parts management. + Proficiency with CMMS Systems and Excel for data optimization and reporting. + Good organizational skills and attention to detail. + CAD knowledge is a plus but not required. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Apply Now!
