**Hiring CNC Tool Setter Near Greenfield, IN** $26-28/hr | Greenfield, IN **Job Description** The chosen candidate will work hand in hand with CNC programmers or Production Engineers. They will be working in between the Engineers and production operators, changing out tooling, grinder wheels, and any other function up to setting up the machines for production. **Responsibilities** + Work closely with CNC programmers and Production Engineers. + Change out tooling and grinder wheels. + Set up machines for production. + Troubleshoot mechanical issues. + Perform die setting and CNC setup. **Essential Skills** + Machining experience + Knowledge of tooling + Ability to change grinding wheels + Ability to change spindle tooling **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + CNC setup + Blueprint reading + Experience with CNC machinery and equipment + Experience with lathe machines, mills, and lathes + Tool change + Die setting + Stamping + Grinding **Why Work Here?** This role offers opportunities for growth with the potential to move into lead or supervisory positions long-term.
