JOB DESCRIPTION:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all tool-related needs across project sites. Manage the inventory, tracking, and allocation of tools and equipment, ensuring proper documentation and accountability. Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on tools and equipment to ensure minimal downtime. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Inventory teams to forecast tool requirements and align with project schedules. Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules to maximize tool reliability and lifespan. Conduct regular tool inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with tools and equipment quickly and effectively. Maintain detailed records of tool maintenance, repairs, and usage trends. Identify opportunities to optimize tool performance and recommend improvements.The pay rate is 24/hr and it will be on 1st shift starting around 7am!
The PAC Group is launching a brand new site and will be needing roughly 200 workers to help get the job done! Everything from material handlers and pod technicians to forklift operators and tool technicians. It will closely resemble a construction site type environment and the project should take around 7 months to complete. They want workers who are motivated and reliable. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $43.00
