Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to manage the interfaces from supplier to customer and within the organization. This role involves handling customer purchase orders, supporting the tool lease team, and generating various reports. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a team.
ResponsibilitiesManage customer routine, AOG, and initial provisioning tooling purchase orders, maintaining order status records.Organize and host customer tooling conference calls, answer order inquiries, and provide price quotes.Support the tool lease team through effective customer service, including quoting, order entry, follow-up on delivery, SAP updating, and invoicing.Follow-up with customers for tooling returns and warranty claims, recording feedback regarding damages.Coordinate with tool services management in Hamburg to ensure efficient and timely order processing.Interface with Hamburg Inflight Desk to address backlog and quality discrepancies.Release and follow-up on Hamburg's customer orders.Work closely with the local Hydro repair shop and Hamburg tool repair team to ensure optimal tool maintenance and repair.Generate customer order status reports and internal tool order status reports with updated information on order status.Collect, analyze, and implement lessons learnt and corrective actions for missed tool lease opportunities.Perform additional duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience with SAP and ERP logistics tooling software.Strong customer service skills.3-5 years of experience in a customer service function.Demonstrated analytical skills and experience in developing reports.Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and troubleshooting abilities.Proficiency in using Excel and/or Google Sheets.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in managing customer orders and providing price quotes.Ability to host and organize conference calls.Experience in tool leasing and order processing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday-Friday, either 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM. You will work in a collaborative environment, interfacing with various teams to ensure efficient operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Herndon, Virginia
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
