Position Summary:
As the Tooling PM your contributions are essential to maintaining the functionality and efficiency of tools and equipment used in manufacturing operations, supporting the production process and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is the proactive and reactive support of the production floor by providing maintenance, inspection, and servicing of molds/tooling as necessary to maintain output demands Tooling PM will carry out physical repairs and maintenance of all molds, tools and supporting equipment using hand and power tools as well as occasional welding and metalworking as needed Additional duties include troubleshooting and resolution of any issues that affect production Navigate within and maintain MP2/Fiix and all Cirtec Medical data systems Generate and maintain files, logs, charts, and other documentation as required Responsible for the tracking and maintenance of spares inventory, inserts, hardware, etc. Performance of scheduled and unscheduled mold PM and inspection Consistently maintain a clean and safe work environment

Must Have:
High school diploma or GED Must have or be or capable of obtaining forklift license Associate technical degree and/or manufacturing environment equivalent is required Manual machining skills (lathe and vertical mill) as and welding experience highly desired Must be proficient in the use of use basic hand tools such as Allen keys, wrenches, pliers, etc. Use of power tools (drills, saws, grinders) for assembly and basic metalworking is required The reading, understanding, and recording of measurements with scales, tape measure, verniers, micrometers and other standard measurement equipment is required This position requires the understanding of and adherence to a process-driven workflow as well as the ability to appropriately react to production-driven needs that require immediate attention Experience with and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) required
Good to have:
SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD experience a plus
