Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Tooling Technician III to work onsite for a client in Sanford, NC. In this role you will use your knowledge, skills, and effort to safely install, inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. In addition, they will have fabrication responsibilities within the toolroom. You will utilize Lean tools (RCCM, 5-whys, A3, etc.) to improve downtime trends and reduce costs. You will have the aptitude and drive to take existing processes and tooling and make improvements to drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Cash metrics.   Full ability to operate machine tools such as lathes, mills, surface grinders, and CNC equipment.   Full ability to operate most diagnostic equipment such as digital or analog volt/amp/ohm meters, thermographic cameras, and electric circuit analyzers.
