MISSION
This role will support SN Europe to land the healthcare Demand Generation business model, by facilitating harmonized data & insights across European markets, leading monthly healthcare performance reviews, identifying cross-market insights & ensuring consistent tracking of healthcare commercial performance. This role will act as European liaison for global Healthcare & Channel Engagement platform rollouts, ensuring effective local adaptation with minimal disruption.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Based on Global HC&CE framework, drive harmonized data and insights across EU marketsHarmonize TA-based demand generation methodologies & data frameworks across EURun monthly Healthcare Professional Omnichannel Engagement Performance Reviews with JTBD action planIdentify and analyze cross-market insights to enhance performance on Healthcare Engagement ModelConsolidate and feed Global with EU insights, incl. competitive intelligenceDeploy Global guidance on HCP Engagement dashboarding and work with EU IT to ensure markets track performance consistentlySupport the effective rollout of Global/Regional Healthcare commercial platforms across Europe (Azure), translating global programs to local market needsAct as the key liaison between local Commercial Excellence market teams and ISIT, ensuring consistent implementation of tools and processes across all European markets, while adapting solutions to local needs where necessary.Maintain overall Tech & data roadmap across Europe and track progressHelp to identify and address technical challenges or system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to commercial operations.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
3 years+ of experience in data analytics rolesExperience in SN category/knowledge of healthcare environment is a plus, but not essentialFluent English is a requirement-
