**Top Helper Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking a Top Helper Electrician for industrial service work. This role involves working on tools within a small team to assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and potentially new installations of equipment for clients. The ideal candidate will be sharp and professional, as the position requires on-site work in front of clients. While industrial experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with commercial experience. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience who is eager to grow with the company in the Hickory area. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems. + Install new equipment as needed. + Work on-site at client locations, maintaining a professional demeanor. + Collaborate with a small team to complete projects. + Read and interpret blueprints for electrical work. + Run and bend conduit, including rigid conduit and pipe. + Wire motors and control panels. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of electrical experience. + Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems. + Experience with industrial electrical systems. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Skill in conduit bending and wiring. + Knowledge of motor control and panel wiring. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Commercial electrical experience. + Positive attitude and strong work ethic. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a great work schedule that supports work-life balance, with four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, allowing for three-day weekends most weeks.
