Total Productive Maintenance Inventory Spares Coordinator

How you will be awarded as a Total Productive Maintenance Inventory Spares Coordinator • Competitive Salary • Monday-Thursday work week working four 10-hour days • Off on Fridays • Generous paid time off and Holiday Pay • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance • 401(K), employee assistance programs, flexible spending account Primary Responsibilities: • Takes direction from TPM Integrator, assisting in equipment and equipment spare parts inventory reconciliation • Creates and maintains computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) records • Contributes to sitewide TPM data generation initiatives and ensures CMMS record consistency standards are met within naming, serialization, location, manufacturer, etc. • Performs equipment spare parts cycle counts, maintains inventory locations and related data logging, contributing to inventory control system development • Works with subject matter experts to create and maintain inventory stock levels for all spare parts including filters, lubricants, sensors, HVAC compressors, custodial supplies, electrical components and other items • Builds service contractor and vendor entries into CMMS • Decommissions equipment within CMMS to adhere to “Out of Service” status standards • Assists with physical storage solution implementation • Executes identification tagging of equipment and equipment spare parts through barcoding or other means, as defined by management • Acts as backup dispatcher of maintenance and facilities work orders • Provides service contractor safety and security escort duties • Other duties as required Job Qualifications: • Two years of experience in a manufacturing setting • Education requirement: High School Diploma • Software knowledge of CMMS platforms • Proficient using Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) • Must be willing to work outdoors conducting physical inventory of equipment and spares • Must be able to climb a ladder Training Requirements: • AMMS Applications Class • AMMS Inventory Control • Plant Visitor Safety • Plant Visitor Security **Note**: Due to US Export Control laws and regulations; applicants selected for employment must show proof of a U.S. Person status before employment may begin.
