6S Audit Checklistを使用してFab内を歩き、TPM 6S監査現場Walkを実施し、パフォーマンスを現場のリーダーに報告します。各製造エリアをまとめ、標準のTPMステップを実施できるようにする。タスクに優先順位を付け、TPM ステップの実装に対する問題点を提起します。サイトチャンピオンが主催する毎週のサイトTPMミーティングに参加します。サイトリーダーによる毎月のサイトTPMフォーラムに参加もしくは主催します。アジア/グローバルTPMミーティングを主催します。新しいTPMプロジェクトや設計改善を策定します。サイトBKMを使用して、TPMプログラムのギャップを表面化し、強化します。労働効率 (Labor Efficiency) プログラムおよびその他のサブプロジェクトをリードします。TPM現場のオーナーと協力し、現場の課題を解決します。TPM Key Performance Indicator (KPI) をグローバルに改善するための方法論を構築します。ベンチマークを採用し、ギャップを埋める戦略を提供します。自己満足や好調な市場環境の影響を受けない現実感を持つよう挑戦します。なプロセス領域における慣行とBKMの標準化製造プロセスエリアにおける業務とBKMの標準化
プロセスエリアにおける慢性的な問題に取り組み、改善を推進し、無駄を排除します。TPMフォーラム、Excursion Reviewなど、様々なフォーラムで得られた改善や教訓をグローバル・エリア・フォーラムに反映し、展開、実施、監査の基準を決定します。.装置エンジニアやプロセスエンジニアが、設備・関連プロセスの設定に関わるスタンダードを検索できるよう、製造エリアレベルの BKM ライブラリを作成します。BKMライブラリーは、製造エリアレベルのBKMを、プロセス開発を実施するTD部門と、4つの柱を変更する改善作業を実施するHVM部門にフィードバックする目的も果たします。Micron共通のワークスステーションに対しTPMのプログラムであるPMSOP、MVC、PARをアラインする。エンジニアやテクニシャンがタブレット/ノートブックから手順書にアクセスし、記録可能なキーを記録し、PMの成功を測定できるシステムに手順を統合します。システムレベルのBKMをグローバルのプロセスエリアに導入します。各FabおよびOperation Central Teamと協力し、担当エリアにおける整合性を維持します。問題の優先順位に適した頻度で、タイムリーに問題を伝え、対応します。プロジェクトのステータス、進捗状況、問題点や改善機会について、協力者やチームメンバーに常に情報を提供します。正確、徹底的かつタイムリーな方法で課題を完了します。装置やエリアの担当エリアの材料安全性に関する知識を維持します。必要条件
工学または関連分野の学士号または同等以上。半導体装置エンジニアとして3年程度の経験。良好な英語のコミュニケーション能力（日本語は望ましい）。
As a Total Productive Management Program Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., we will be responsible for driving improvements to manufacturing capability, delivering industry benchmark methods at the lowest cost, and leading the execution of global standards across process areas. We will implement to this by focusing on Micron’s 4 pillars, and ensure priorities are aligned to Micron business plan and/or Strategic Objective requirements across manufacturing sites.
Our objective is to use global internal and external resources to drive network process and equipment alignment to achieve world-class manufacturing performance. Examples include using suppliers to achieve benchmark manufacturing performance, discovery and implementation of equipment and process best known methods (BKM), equipment utilization optimization, cash cost optimization, and continuous improvement project prioritization and execution globally.
We must be willing and capable of effective collaboration with SITES, Procurement, Global Quality and other OCT departments, and external suppliers to accomplish our objectives. We must also be willing and capable of international travel, as needed, to accomplish our objectives.
Total Productive Management (TPM)
To perform TPM 6S Audit Gemba Walks in the Fab using the 6S audit checklist & report performance to site leadership.To engage areas & enable the implementation of TPM steps to the standard.Prioritize tasks and raise roadblocks to the implementation of TPM steps.Participate in weekly site TPM meetings hosted by site champion.Participate/Host monthly Site TPM forum with site leadership.Host Asia/Global TPM meetings.To formulate new TPM projects or design improvement.To surface out gaps in the TPM program for enhancement using site BKMs.Lead the Labor Efficiency Programs and other sub projects.Collaborate with TPM site owners to resolve site challenges.Create methodologies to improve TPM Key Performance Indicator globally.Adopt benchmarking and deliver strategies to close the gaps.Challenge complacency and do not let strong market conditions give a false sense of reality.Standardization of practices & BKMs in Process AreasAddress chronic issues, drive improvements & eliminate wastes in Process Area.Channel improvements and lessons learnt established from various forums, eg. TPM Forum, Excursion Review, etc. into global area forums to decide on the standards for deployment, implementation, and audit. .Create a library of area level BKMs for Equipment & Process Engineers to search for standards involving the setup of Equipment & associated processes.This library must also serve the purpose to feed-forward area level BKMs to TD for process development & HVM for improvement work that will change the 4 pillars.Align the PM Procedures, MVC, PAR across the Micron network for shared workstations.Integrate procedures into a system that allows Engineers & Technicians to access procedures, key recordable & measure PM Success from a tablet/notebook.Implement system level BKMs in process areas globally.Work with the Fab groups and the Central Team to maintain alignment in our area(s) of responsibility.Communicate and respond to issues in a timely manner, with a cadence appropriate to the priority of the issue.Keep collaborators and team members informed of project status, progress, and roadblocks/opportunities.Complete assignments in an accurate, thorough, and timely manner.Maintain knowledge of equipment and area materials safety concerns in area of focus.RequirementsBachelor or equivalent in Engineering or Related field.3 years of experience working as Semiconductor Equipment Engineer.Great communication in English (Japanese desirable).About Micron Technology, Inc.
