Total Rewards Advisor (Remote)

As our Advisor, you will support the development and implementation of benefits and total rewards strategies. You will supervise and monitor administration of various benefits for efficiency and plan compliance. You will help us improve programs that support the well-being of our Bright Horizons colleagues by assisting in the analysis, design, implementation, administration, and tracking of those programs. By applying your analytical and organizational skills, you will serve as a subject matter expert on administration, compliance, and vendor management.

Do work that matters at a company with HEART! Responsibilities for this role include:

Administration support for benefits, which may include retirement plans, time off, and other total rewards offerings.

Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of policies, regulations, concepts, procedures, and best practices related to administration of benefits.

Participate in developing plan descriptions, handbooks, documentation, and training programs.

Provide guidance and support to the HR Solutions Center and other HR colleagues for escalated questions on various total rewards programs.

Assist with implementing benefit program goals and objectives.

Manage and oversee the billing and invoicing processes for total rewards programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all related financial transactions.

Monitor regular and recurring processes and ensure data integrity in total rewards programs within Workday and other systems.

Support the annual benefits open enrollment cycle.

Continuously review and identify processes, programs, or tools that could benefit from automation or enhancements, and support improvements to enable greater efficiencies and scalability.

Support other total rewards initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

3+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative work environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient

A highly metrics-focused orientation that can effectively analyze a variety of data

Proficiency in MS suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

Adherence to relevant data protection laws, with appropriate discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential and/or personal information

This role can be remote, hybrid, or in-person at our beautiful Newton, Massachusetts headquarters. It will pay up to $70K yearly and comes with full health, dental, 401(k), paid time off, as well as other valued family and education benefits.
