About this Role

The Total Rewards Analyst is an integral part of the Corporate Human Resources team. The Total Rewards Analyst administers corporate benefit plans and programs and retirement plans. Additionally they provide advice and guidance to Quanta operating companies and company employees regarding benefits. The Total Rewards Analyst coaches Benefits Administrators and Coordinators.

What You'll Do Assist with administering benefits and retirement plans and advising employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters.Educate and provide ongoing support to HR teams at the Quanta operating companies in a variety of total rewards functions, including travel to various locations as needed.Execute internal audits related to benefits and retirement programs to identify risks, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.Provides support in the development, planning, implementation, revision and administration of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, employee assistance, retirement, and other plans. Support the annual 401(k) plan non-discrimination testing, match true-up, and audit processes.Assists in the preparation and implementation of communication and educational benefits programs and materials.Plays an active role in integration of acquisitions, tuck-ins and mergers.Provides system production support, including researching and resolving data problems, unexpected results or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements; and testing solutions.Functions as a liaison between vendors and HR. Help resolve escalated employee issues.Researches and resolves complex, non-routine problems. Seeks opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies. Compares data from different sources to draw conclusions. Must stay abreast of applicable legislation. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation.Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures. Assists with special projects and performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.

 

What You'll Bring

Required Education and Experience

Associate degree and minimum 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration.

 

Preferred Education and Experience
