Total Rewards Analyst

Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst for their Remote location. Responsibilities:
+ Support job architecture framework implementation from current to future state.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between new job architecture framework, compensation strategies, and talent management initiatives.
+ Identify opportunities to provide process efficiencies such as identifying role consolidation.
+ Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on job architecture-related matters.
+ Support various total rewards project activities in within compensation, HRIS and benefits teams, as neede
+ Support the meticulous transfer and organization of content from various sources into a unified system.
+ Ensure the accuracy and consistency of content during the migration process.
+ Develop and implement strategies for mapping content from old systems to new platforms.
+ Work closely with content creators, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and meet project deadlines.
+ Maintain detailed records of content migration processes and any issues encountered.
+ Systems testing
Requirements:
+ In-depth knowledge of job analysis methodologies, job evaluation techniques, and compensation practices
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
+ Strong influencing skills
+ Project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects deliverables simultaneously
+ Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all content is accurately transferred and organized
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to identify and resolve content-related issues effectively with a keen eye for detail.
