The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a full-time on-site Total Rewards Coordinator to join our team. The coordinator will support the administration and coordination of the organization’s compensation, benefit, well-being, and recognition programs. This role will collaborate with members of the Totals Rewards team, HR, payroll, and other departments to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of total rewards offerings to employees. The coordinator will assist with program administration, data analysis, and employee communication to drive engagement and understanding of total rewards offerings.

Responsibilities:

Benefits SupportResearch, analyze, and resolve escalated tickets related to using ServiceNow and BenAdmin platformsReply to basic inquiries regarding the 401k plan, voluntary benefits, CACI commuter program, Service Contract Act (SCA) inquiries, and Medicare employment verificationsManage the CACI Service Award Program, including employee support, vendor management, and monthly reporting to cross-functional teams. Organize monthly vendor support meetingsParticipate in user acceptance training for annual benefits enrollmentConduct independent weekly audits of vendor invoices, analyze data, and collaborate with Accounts Payable for reconciliation of fees and discrepanciesReceive, sort and address or redirect benefits mail to appropriate team membersTrack and manage on-site well-being rewards inventoryServe as logistics point of contact for new items and coordinate shipping to recipientsUpdate the WTW Embark benefit site and CACI SharePoint with routine and annual open enrollment information Total Rewards SupportPrepare reports and presentations for HR leadership on compensation and benefits program performance, utilization, and trendsCoordinate, schedule and ensure seamless execution of Total Rewards team and vendor meetings and meetings on behalf of the SVP, Total RewardsCreate organizational tools and templates for the team to capture timing of critical meetings, milestones, deliverables and eventsCoordinate Day 1 activities for team new hiresCoordinate printing and binding of HRCC, 401k and other committee meeting materials as neededAssist with the implementation and management of recognition and rewards programs, ensuring employees are aware of available opportunities and programsRegularly maintain the Total Rewards and Benefits team mailboxes by accurately and timely responding to inquiries or escalating inquiries as neededExecute other special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.1-3 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, compensation, or related roles.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS systems.Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, interpret trends, and make recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.Knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and practices is a plus.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Desired:

Experience with HRIS, benefits administration software, or payroll systems.Familiarity with compensation survey tools and benchmarking.Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Worker Sub-Type

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$54,200 - $111,000
