ABOUT THE JOB:Reporting to the Benefits Director, the Total Rewards Coordinator provides support and front-line assistance for the company’s total rewards programs, creating a positive employee experience, while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Provides administrative support by working closely with third-party vendors, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll teams Completes benefit, disability, and Medicare verifications Collaborates with benefit vendors to ensure smooth benefit plan operations, fostering a positive partnership May create and deliver presentations Acts as back up for leaves of absence administration Supports, reviews, and analyzes ongoing benefit data and systems Reviews various reports, errors, and verification requests and makes appropriate outreach and updates (Health Spending Accounts, Wellness reporting, variance reporting, etc.) Performs routine audits, as well as data entry/corrections in various systems Conducts analysis as directed and works with Payroll, HRIT, and other teams as needed Prepares reports, graphs, charts, and statistics Supports various system updates, data integrations, and new system implementation and testing May perform data exports and imports Delivers exceptional customer service and support Responds to employee questions regarding the employee benefits programs (i.e., health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement) Guides employees through benefits enrollment and life event processes, including explaining and monitoring documentation requirements and deadlines, sending reminder emails, etc. Support sales compensation system administration and data entries Assists employees with questions related to sales compensation system navigation Maintains data in the sales compensation system to ensure accuracy of sales compensation payments Provides cross-functional support regarding sales compensation related inquiries and requests Additional duties and functions as assigned EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Required Education level: Associate Degree Preferred Education Level: Bachelor Degree Years of related experience: 3 years in human resources administrationRequired Skills:
Knowledge of employee benefits and administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. Proficient with MS Office/Excel/Word/Outlook. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and collaborative nature.Preferred Skills:
