Total Rewards Data Analyst

Job Purpose/Summary:

The Total Rewards Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the leaders of compensation & benefits in the overall management of large and complex programs. This role will serve as a support for analytical initiatives and help manage benefit plan reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform data management, retrieval, reporting and processing functions supporting the company's multifaceted total rewards processes, practices, and systemsAnalyze plan performance, produce reports and wrangle large amounts of disparate dataAnalyze and interpret claim, fee, and conditions data to determine present and future financial performanceUnderstand multiple data sources and structures to maintain strong data infrastructure, bringing relevant data sources into a consolidated environment for more efficient data manipulation and relationship reportingCreate queries using design techniques that ensure adherence to database development standards using a variety of applicationsCoordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, and summarize data to accommodate all stakeholder requestsAssist with the strategy process for healthcare and financial benefitsDocument business requirements to ensure reports and processes are established correctlySupport total reward leaders

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years working with relational databases and complex spreadsheets requiredAbility to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile any identified conflicts, and categorize high-level informationExperience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)Advanced proficiency in Excel requiredA demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplaceAbility to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple prioritiesComfortable across multiple systems and interfacesAbility to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organizationTravel not requiredLocation of this position is at the Corporate campus in Springdale, AR

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science or a related degreeExperience with a large, complex global employerExperience with Microsoft Power Platform
