About the role

What You'll Do:  

This position will cover a broad range of HR activities, from basic administrative support to involvement in benefits, compensation, HR information systems and payroll projects. As a HR Intern, you will also get an opportunity to be involved in various strategic, tactical and operational areas of HR. This will include conducting research, supporting internal processes, and performing data analysis. You will work cross-functionally with other teams in HR and with other departments in the company.

 

Who You Are:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business or related discipline. 

Proficiency in Excel required (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, etc.)

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously

Strong attention to detail

Sharp learning curve

Ability to organize, analyze and present data

Ability to be resourceful and work independently

Customer service skills

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers

Handle confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion
