The Total Rewards Manager, APAC will be managing total rewards programs in the APAC region. Your work will primarily focus on guiding business leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) through compensation analysis and providing actionable insights, responsible for researching, analyzing, and evaluating regional compensation programs, encompassing both monetary and non-monetary rewards and recognition initiatives. The role entails a wide range of responsibilities in providing support for regional compensation, benefits, incentives, and perquisites across all business units and employee levels in multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate expertise in compensation analysis including competitive pay analysis, salary structure design, position in range (PIR) analysis, financial impact, merit increase and salary structure movement trends.Manage and support annual incentive plan and sales incentive plan design and execution.Maintain job grading systems to ensure roles are classified accurately and fairly across the APAC region. Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to establish clear and consistent job structures that align with organizational objectives.Act as a trusted advisor to our HR business partners, providing consultation and creative solutions to address total compensation challenges in the business.Assist in the development, implementation, administration, and evaluation of strategies, plans, programs, and procedures designed to provide for equitable and competitive employee compensation and benefits.Manage and lead timeline for a variety of projects, including annual compensation review and incentive processing, pay program designs and compliance, annual salary structure movement, and implementation of new programs.Support Workday compensation system enhancements in partnership with HRIS on Total Rewards Statements, etc. Manage and support the audit process for ensuring WD data is correct for AIP planning, Merit plans and Equity plans.Develop reports to assess the utilization of our pay programs against market and company goals.Research, analyze, and provide insights across APAC region on future improvements, anticipating upcoming compensation and benefits concerns.Collaborate with benefits providers and brokers to negotiate plans and maintain strong vendor relationships. Oversee benefits programs in the APAC regions, ensuring alignment with local regulations and best practices.Transfer knowledge on processes and deliverables to business partners.Providing support to the annual renewal of insured benefits such as life and medical within the APAC region.Identifies, collects, and validates external market data. Performs analysis and presents and implements compensation and benefits activities.Develop regional communications to support change management for compensation or benefits programs.Develop and deliver training and communication materials to educate employees and managers on total rewards offerings.Work closely with Total Rewards Shared Service teams with regards to support they provide to CoECollaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage risks and ensure adherence to global and regional policies. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all compensation and benefits programs.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field5-7 years of multinational/ international experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the APAC regionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting toolsKnowledge of local regulations and market practices related to compensation and benefits in the regionAdvanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems; experience with Workday, Power BI is a plus.Basic project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Certification in compensation (such as CCP) is preferred.Experience in Job evaluation methodologies, Mercer IPE methodology is a plus.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the regions is a plus.Relocation Available:
