The Total Rewards Manager will enable our pay-for-performance strategy so that we can engage and motivate team members through all forms of compensation, including base salary, variable compensation, benefits, our reward & recognition platform, and more. This individual contributor role will be responsible for developing our total compensation strategy and following through to execution via administration, analysis, and communication.
In this role you’ll be joining the broader Employee Success (HR, Payroll, TA, and Facilities) team. Achievers operates in 7 different countries around the world. You will be working closely with the Employee Success team to help design and deliver an amazing and seamless total rewards experience no matter where our A-Players work and live. Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy Develop and update compensation strategy to align to our pay for performance philosophy Partner with other stakeholders, e.g. finance re: profitability, HRBPs re: employee motivation and manager development Monitor and manage our total rewards philosophy Develop and refine Benefits strategy Develop and refine Rewards and Recognition strategy Compensation Administration Level new roles for base, OTE in all jurisdictions Ensure compensation data and levelling tools are accurate and up-to-date Project manage the annual and mid-year compensation and bonus cycles Oversee budget management for compensation and benefits programs Partner with Revenue Operations on the administration of offer letters and commission plans Support Payroll team as they negotiate our extended health and related benefits Compensation Analysis Analyse annual pay for performance and pay equity Manage periodic compensation data refreshes Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits (Canada, USA, UK, AUS, SGP, and more) Evaluate the outcomes of total compensation on performance Compensation Communications Develop playbooks for manager to communicate about compensation to existing employees Develop playbooks for managers and TABPs to communicate about compensation to candidates and new hires Partner with HRBPs to enable pay-for-performance conversations Develop total rewards statement for employees to articulate the value from their employment with Achievers Qualifications:Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) preferred Bachelor’s degreerequired,Master’s preferred 6+ years of experience in total rewards Experience in a Software or SAAS organization and/or matrixed organizations in a Global setting Demonstrated knowledge in base compensation, all forms of variable compensation, benefits, and compliance Expert level skill in MS Office Suite applications, especially Excel andPowerBI Ability to analyze and draw insights from large datasets Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with leaders and employees with a credible voice Why you’ll love working at Achievers: We are passionate about disruptive technology that’s rooted in science, research and data.We understand the value of employee success in the workplace and have been in numerous publications for our contributions to HR, for technical excellence, and for our outstanding workplace culture!
