Summary:
Kokosing Inc. is in search of a Total Rewards Manager to oversee the company’s benefits and compensation programs and policies.

The Manager of Total Rewards will manage staff within defined work group in support of Compensation, Benefits, Retirement, Disability and/or general Total Rewards programs.The Total Rewards Manager will report to the Director of Team Member Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, promoting, monitoring and measuring effectiveness of Total Reward programs within area of expertise to enhance the overall employee experienceDevelops and implements programs to measure, improve, and reward employee performanceCollaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate service levels.Ensure vendors deliver high-quality services and meet established performance standards.Implement benefits offerings that are competitive and aligned with the organization's goals and industry standards.Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.Manage benefits and compensation audits and reporting processes.Plan and execute enrollment processes, coordinating communication, and other related enrollment activities.Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.

In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations, compliance, and industry trends.Experience with compensation structure, analysis, and best practices.Experience of driving change in an organization.The ability to influence at all levels within an organization.Strong strategic skills to enable the development of people strategies within the business.The ability to lead and coach at executive level and beyond.Strong written and oral communication skillsHighly developed leadership skillsStrong analytical and interpretation skills involving complex data, as well as presenting findings at executive level.
