Our client, a prominent financial services organization, seeks a dynamic, experienced Total Rewards Manager to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidates possesses experience overseeing Total Rewards procedures within a firm, as well as strong benefits experience. This candidate will lead end of year merit and bonus planning processes, generate reports and provide analytics to inform management decisions, and administer all employee benefits programs. Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, excellent attention to detail and data accuracy, and the ability to multitask and champion multiple projects at once are characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this role. Bachelors' degree, required.6+ years of HR experience, primarily within a Total Rewards and/or HRIS capacity.Experience building out benefits, compensation, and HRIS practices, required.Finance or technology industry experience within a high-growth organization, strongly preferred.Strong Excel proficiency.The salary range for this role is $150k-$190k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
