Total Rewards Specialist
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Total Rewards Specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is part of our IT Software department, where you will be handling our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring consistency and compliance. Responsibilities • Administer and manage the salary, insurance, healthcare, bonuses, and 401(k)s of the organization. • Develop and implement programs aimed at recognizing and rewarding employees. • Support flexible scheduling and remote work options to promote work-life balance. • Conduct market research and perform salary analysis to aid in compensation decisions. • Guarantee that all programs adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational policies. • Develop and distribute materials to help employees understand the benefits they receive. • Handle relationships with benefit brokers and other partners effectively. • Prepare necessary reports for governmental and other related purposes. • Address and respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues pertaining to benefits. Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Total Rewards Specialist role or similar within the IT Software industry. • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. • Knowledge and experience in using the Ceridian platform. • Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for effective remote communication. • Strong CRM skills to manage customer relationships and interactions. • Proven experience in auditing, ensuring all operations are carried out in accordance with established procedures. • Demonstrated expertise in Benefit Functions, effectively creating and managing employee benefits programs. • Experience in Claim Administration, handling and processing claims in a timely and efficient manner. • Proficiency in Cobra Administration, managing continuation health coverage for eligible employees. • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.
